Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly qualified Fraud Prevention Programs (FPP)/Analysis and Targeting Division (ATD) Administrative Assistant 3 Specialist to join our team in support of a government customer. The successful candidate will be a professional, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in SharePoint. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance are required.

This position is contingent upon award. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is $80,500 to $91,500. The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn. Core Duties: Manage a library of travel document "exemplars" (passports, visas, and other immigration documents) for distribution to partners. Keep Exemplar cabinets organized, scan incoming stock into the database, and alert the Division Chief when new stock is needed. Manage the Exemplar email account, respond to requests within three business days, verify request details, ship documents, and provide tracking information. Maintain familiarity with shipping methods (diplomatic pouch, UPS, USPS) and use them appropriately. Request and maintain shipping supplies as needed. Dispose of old exemplars at the discretion of the Division Chief. Receive and ship other supplies, such as drivers license guidebooks to passport agencies. Create copies of training materials for office courses. Assist in shipping training supplies to the Foreign Service Institute in coordination with the training team. Administer and distribute accounts for the offices main commercial database. Manage the database email account, responding within two business days. Maintain an account tracking list in Excel, ensuring all users currently need access. Deactivate accounts when no longer needed and scrub the list annually. Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and maintain the SharePoint site.
