National Account Manager

to lead our business with Target and Meijer. This role is vital for driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and executing joint business plans aligned with both customer and company goals. Location:

This is a remote opportunity. Candidates must reside in Boston, Massachusetts, or the Central U.S. A Day in the Life... Customer Strategy & Planning:

Develop and manage comprehensive customer plans for Target and Meijer, including promotional strategies, assortment planning, and new item execution. Customer Engagement:

Serve as the primary contact, building relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Execution & Measurement:

Implement strategic initiatives and measure performance against KPIs to ensure success. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (Sales Strategy, Marketing, Revenue Management, Supply Chain) and external brokers for flawless execution. Financial Management:

Own trade budget planning, deduction management, and P&L accountability for both accounts. Forecasting:

Lead monthly volume forecasting and demand planning to ensure supply alignment. Adaptability & Communication:

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate change, and communicate effectively internally and externally.

What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, preferably managing Target and/or Meijer accounts. Proven success in customer planning, trade fund management, and sales forecasting. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience working with brokers and cross-functional teams. Collaborative and proactive approach.
