Title: Corporate Development Manager Company Summary: We are working with a highly acquisitive PE backed Healthcare company looking to add a Corporate Development Manager to their growing team in Dallas, TX. You will have the opportunity to work closely with executive leaders in executing end-to-end M&A processes and help drive strategic decision making through organic and inorganic growth. Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for: Drive strategic decision making on organic and inorganic work through strategic initiatives and projects Conduct research and lead analyses on target companies, industries, and markets Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis. Identify and research potential acquisition opportunities through market analysis and interactions with business partners Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualifications: 3-5 years of experience within Corporate Development or Investment Banking Healthcare experience preferred M&A deal experience and knowledge Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
