The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Program Coordinator to lead several of our residential programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives on creating meaningful impact - balancing strong operational oversight with the opportunity to mentor managers, shape systems, and influence agency-wide strategy.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll:

Lead & Mentor: Supervise and support Group Home Managers and Assistant Managers, coaching them to build strong, accountable teams. Drive Operations: Ensure programs run smoothly by overseeing staffing, scheduling, compliance, finances, and quality outcomes. Step In When Needed: Provide leadership coverage when homes face vacancies or transitions, maintaining stability and excellence. Partner Across the Agency: Work directly with clinical staff, quality management, and executive leadership to strengthen support. Shape Systems & Strategy: Identify gaps, introduce solutions, and contribute to strategic initiatives that improve services and expand opportunities. What We're Looking For

A leader with experience supervising managers or multi-site programs in OPWDD. Someone with strong operational expertise - skilled at managing staffing, compliance, budgets, and performance. A leader who is mission-driven and committed to person-centered support. A collaborator and innovator who values transparency, communication, and continuous improvement. Someone eager to grow with us and contribute to both immediate outcomes and long-term strategy. Qualifications

Must have Multi Center managementexperience BA / BS degree in a related field; MA degree preferred 2 years of experience working with the developmentally disabledpopulation 2 years of supervisory experience Must be flexible with work schedule Local travel between sites required Compensation will be determined based on Educational Background, Leadership Experience, and Competency as it relates to OPWDD regulatory environments
