Description

The Paralegal plays a key role in supporting our attorneys through a variety of administrative and legal tasks. This position involves document drafting and review, file management, and hearing preparation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Duties/Responsibilities Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to manage case needs and project goals. Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery materials in accordance with court procedures. Prepare, organize, and manage case files, including pleadings and exhibits. Maintain detailed records of billable hours and case activities. Assist with hearing preparation. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements

Position Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with legal terminology, court processes, and research techniques is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure. High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
