Robotic Welder
Responsible for operating Robotic Welder to weld various aluminum parts. Duties and Responsibilities
Strictly follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods, along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety Inspect machines and recognize correct operation and condition Setting up jigs Adjusting weld positions in robot program as needed Moving parts to various areas as required Loading parts in jig Operating cranes to move finished parts Checking parts for quality welds Recording production data in computer and reporting quantities daily Basic troubleshooting of common robot issues Knowledge of power tools Read and follow a blueprint, as well as the ability to properly read and use a tape measure Regular and reliable attendance Working cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets Contribute to continuous improvement culture Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Per 10 Hour Day
