Account Manager Support Technician
to assist the account management team in maintaining existing Tarrytown Expocare client relationships.
Account Managers
serve as a liaison between our pharmacy operations and the agencies (clients) we serve to ensure a consistency of services, troubleshoot concerns, provide trainings, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. The

will serve to support remote outreach to locations not within an account management physical territory. This role will provide support to all account managers across the enterprise. The account management team may also be involved in client onboarding to enhance the collaboration between client, sales, and the pharmacy team, and support client needs through the onboarding process. We provide pharmacy services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) throughout the United States. Founded in 2007, Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy is Americas IDD Pharmacy with a 100% focus on servicing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This is accomplished by a talented team of over 550 dedicated associates operating from 11 pharmacy locations in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Illinois, South Carolina, Georgia, Kansas, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Our services are available in 31 states, and we service over 30,000 individuals across 550 distinct locations nationwide. Our services originated as part of our independent retail pharmacy, Tarrytown Pharmacy, which has been serving the local Tarrytown (Austin, TX) community since 1941. Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy is private equity backed. The ideal candidate values strong/trusted relationships with the IDD clients we serve, has strong industry and/or regulatory knowledge in the Group Home/Residential and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) settings, ability to develop a strong understanding and situational application of Tarrytown Expocares operational capabilities, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Build and maintain a trusted relationship with designated accounts and agency staff. Perform regular telephone or virtual video check-ins for designated accounts throughout the Tarrytown Expocare enterprise. Document results in a concise manner and communicate to respective internal teams who need to take action. Field complex client feedback and requests in a professional manner to ensure appropriate resolution and adequate follow-up. Understand the services and scope of the pharmacy to effectively communicate with the account about pharmacy processes. Resolve complaints and grievances related to the pharmacy services in conjunction with the pharmacy team. Assist in educating clients on the pharmacys processes. Required Qualifications: Preferred Texas-registered
Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or CPhT licensed in another state but willing to gain Texas registration immediately Working knowledge and/or ability to learn pharmacy applications such as FrameWorkLTC, ECM, or DocuTrack preferred. Preferred understanding of long-term care environments (Group homes, SNF, ALF, or similar). Must have computer proficiency including email and other programs (i.e., Microsoft suite products). Detailed individual who thrives in fast-paced situations. Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, and verbal communications). Must have a high school diploma, and college experience is a plus. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship not available.
