We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to lead our vibrant store. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and team development. Think of yourself as a blend of Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker—ready to handle any challenge while driving sales and fostering lasting customer relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support your Store Manager in meeting sales goals and sales growth objectives. Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining a passionate, collaborative team. Create excitement and engagement through promoting new products, leveraging social media, and offering benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Ensure the store operates smoothly by balancing operational tasks, delegation, and customer-focused selling practices. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and staff schedules. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback. Analyze sales reports and use data to inform strategies to meet sales targets. Merchandise the store effectively, adhering to planograms and launching promotions timely. Collaborate with your Store Manager to develop a high-performing, customer-focused team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably with a passion for music and pop culture. Proven success in leading teams, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development. Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operational tasks. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly and handle the fast-paced retail environment. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay Range:
