Sales Manager

Position Overview: The Sales Manager will lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive growth across the Raleigh territory. This role combines strategic planning with hands on leadership, from developing business plans and territory strategies to coaching individual reps and supporting complex deals. You'll work closely with marketing to optimize lead generation and ensure the team exceeds revenue goals while maintaining exceptional customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the Raleigh sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets Develop and implement territory-specific business plans, sales strategies, and revenue goals Assign territories and accounts based on market analysis and sales potential Provide ongoing training and development for sales staff, covering all phases of the sales cycle and product knowledge Collaborate with marketing to coordinate lead generation and promotional initiatives Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Track and report on sales performance metrics; identify trends and recommend adjustments Support team members in client meetings, negotiations, and solution presentations Promote the company's imaging, security, and managed IT offerings to targeted market segments Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred) 5+ years of B2B sales experience Industry experience in document management, managed IT services, or related technology sectors strongly preferred Proven ability to develop sales strategies and lead teams to consistent success Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools Self-starter with strong market knowledge and a focus on building long-term relationships Compensation & Benefits:
