We are seeking a Sales Executive for our Employee Benefits department. The role involves developing and expanding business accounts, managing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to meet client needs. Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads by researching prospects and analyzing sales options. Maintain client relationships through support and guidance, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate across divisions to promote all products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Requirements:
2-7 years of sales experience in any industry if no insurance experience; 2-5 years in underwriting, risk control, claims, audit, or territory roles if applicable to insurance (excluding broker roles). 1-3 years of sales experience in a brokerage if applicable. Strong network in Maryland / D.C. / PA / Virginia. Experience in industries like Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Construction, Non-Profit, Manufacturing, or Professional Services is a plus. Ideal Candidate Traits:
Understanding of how individual results impact overall company success. Ability to understand client needs and identify cross-selling opportunities. Motivated to drive new business ventures. Maintain a proactive, 'hunter' sales mentality. Benefits:
