Customer Service Representative – Medicare Advantage Support
Location: Salem, OR | Type: Full-Time | Team: Member Services

What You’ll Do
Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that guides members through coverage and claims questions.
Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions across multiple products.
Research and resolve member concerns with professionalism and care.
Advocate for our members by explaining benefits clearly and compassionately.
Triage and investigate issues to ensure prompt and thorough resolution.
What You Bring
Proven customer service and support experience.
Tech-savvy mindset with strong computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office).
Excellent phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
Ability to resolve issues efficiently while showing empathy and patience.
Understanding of call center metrics and performance expectations.
Prior healthcare experience is a plus—but a passion for helping others is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
