Job Description
Clinical Duties: Accompany patients into exam rooms to obtain medical history, including allergies, medications and history of chronic illness. Efficiently use EMR for documentation. Call patients with lab results Return patient calls to answer an array of questions, after guidance from provider. Clean and stock rooms Sterilize instruments and wash/fold patient gowns Assist providers during procedures and minor surgeries. Administrative Duties:
Answer incoming calls using a multiple line phone system. Triage Phone calls to Medical Assistants and Providers Schedule Appointments, make referrals, send medical records Check patients in and out using electronic medical record system, verifying insurance and collecting payments as needed. Reconcile end of night reports Provide exceptional customer service Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills Excellent computer and math skills Well organized and ability to multi task Willingness to take direction and learn new tasks as needed Work efficiently as part of a team. Job Type:
Full-time Experience:
1 + year experience in dermatology or medical office preferred. Education:
High school diploma or higher
