$65,000-$67,000/year Hours:
8:30pm-8:30am. Mon, Tues and Friday off Start Date:

We are seeking a Shipping Supervisor for a direct hire position in Auburn, ME. The Shipping Supervisor will lead and support a night-shift team while ensuring consistent quality and production standards are met. The Shipping Supervisor will excel by maintaining a strong floor presence, promoting a safety-first culture, and ensuring efficient and effective operations. This is a full-time, night-shift leadership role located in Auburn, ME.
As a Shipping Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing nightly operations and supervising the Shipping Department team members. Monitoring production flow and output to ensure daily targets are met. Enforcing safety and sanitation protocols. Coaching and developing team members to maximize performance and morale. Completing reports, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments. Maintaining an organized, compliant, and positive working environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus. 2+ years of supervisory experience in a shipping department within a production or manufacturing setting Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and make quick, sound decisions under pressure. A team-oriented mindset and a passion for people development. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed in a production environment.
