As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of industrial equipment and systems in the building. Tasks included troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Performed routine and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, valves, and gearboxes.
Diagnosed mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
Conducted inspections and preventive maintenance in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Interpreted blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to make accurate repairs and adjustments.
Collaborated with operations and engineering teams to support continuous improvement efforts.
Maintained detailed maintenance logs, parts inventories, and repair records.
Responsible for all facility maintenance duties as needed.
Adhered to all OSHA and company safety procedures and protocols.
Operated forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment as needed.
Skills Used:
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Preventive maintenance scheduling
Blueprint and schematic reading
Some welding and fabrication as needed
Use of hand and power tools
PLC familiarity is a plus
Safety compliance and LOTO procedures
Pay:
Depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 6am – 4pm with some Saturdays as needed
