Experienced Carpenter / Remodeler / Estimator
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-quality home repairs and remodeling services.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience in
residential carpentry ,
remodeling ,
construction , and
estimating . Must reside within our service area. Own your own tools. Clean background and valid driver's license. Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work overhead comfortably. Clean, professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Your Core Skills Should Include:
We're looking for
multi-skilled tradespeople
with experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
Carpentry
- rough framing, trim work, cabinetry, and general repairs. Drywall
- patching, installation, finishing, and texture matching. Remodeling
- bathroom remodeling, kitchen renovations, and custom home updates. Estimating
- ability to assess jobs and prepare basic estimates using software. Painting
- both interior and exterior. Plumbing & Electrical
- minor repairs (as legally permitted). Flooring
- installation of hardwood, tile, vinyl, and refinishing. Code knowledge
