Customer Service Representative

to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can work evening and weekend shifts . $50-60k a year. Are you passionate about helping customers? Do you have phone and email skills? Apply today!

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and assist in setting appointments

Greet opportunities with an energetic and positive attitude

Provide customers with the appropriate dealership resources

Follow up with customers that are not ready to make an appointment

Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Requirements:

At least one previous role based on strong customer service experience

Team player attitude

Prompt and courteous

Enthusiastic personality

Must have strong computer skills

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
