We're looking for an experienced

Service Manager

to lead our truck and fleet service operations. You'll supervise mechanics and technicians, manage shop workflow, maintain inventory, and ensure safe, high-quality repairs. This role also involves building strong customer relationships and overseeing budgets. Occasional travel is required for field service calls and training.

Responsibilities:

Lead and schedule daily/weekly shop work orders

Oversee preventive maintenance and repair quality

Manage parts, tools, and inventory levels

Coordinate work with outside service providers

Handle service quotations, charge-backs, and customer follow-up

Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times

Train, mentor, and review shop staff

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

3+ years in service shop management

5+ years as an industrial, heavy equipment, or truck mechanic

Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Pay Details:

$80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
