CUSTOMER SERVICE/TECH SUPPORT

We are looking for candidates ready to work with Customers over the phone. Handling incoming orders, and giving technical support on the repair of power tools.

Do you have:

Experience using tools professionally ?

Experience taking inbound calls

processing orders and also with some technical ability.

This person will be working with end users of specifications of our tools, ordering parts to help repair their tools etc.

Bilingual: English/Spanish required
