Seeking a highly

organized, customer-facing, and data-driven

Onmi Channel Marketing Manager

to lead the

rollout of products and services to distribution and eCommerce channel partners

while managing the

P&L for eCommerce channels . This role is responsible for ensuring that

content is fully optimized across partner digital channels , managing projects related to product and services launches, and driving adoption through

training, vendor coordination, and performance analysis .

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Service Rollout: • Lead

product and service launches

across

distributor and eCommerce channels , ensuring smooth implementation and adoption. • Develop

go-to-market strategies

that align with

partner requirements, market trends, and financial targets . • Ensure product content, messaging, and merchandising are effectively deployed across partner platforms to maximize visibility and conversion.

P&L Ownership & eCommerce Growth: •

Own and manage the P&L for eCommerce channels , ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met. • Analyze

sales performance, pricing strategies, and promotional investments

to drive growth. • Optimize

profit margins

by managing product mix, pricing strategies, and operational costs. • Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop annual revenue forecasts and budget allocations.

Project & Vendor Management: • Oversee projects related to

channel expansion, content optimization, and new service implementations . • Work closely with

vendors, agencies, and internal teams

to execute deliverables on time and within scope. • Manage

timelines, workflows, and resources

to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Content & Digital Optimization: • Ensure all

*** product content (descriptions, images, enhanced content, videos, etc.)

is fully optimized across distributor and eCommerce platforms. • Monitor and improve content effectiveness through

performance analysis, A/B testing, and SEO best practices .

Training & Partner Enablement: • Conduct

training sessions for distributor staff and eCommerce partners

on

new programs, product positioning, and digital tools . • Develop

training materials and resources

to enhance partner knowledge and engagement. • Present key

product and service updates

to

internal stakeholders and external partners .

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: • Assess

channel performance

using

Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Connect, and distributor dashboards . • Track

sales, margins, and marketing ROI , adjusting tactics based on performance data to maximize partner success. • Conduct

competitive analysis

to refine strategies and maintain ***'s market leadership. The ideal candidate is both

analytical and strategic , with strong

project management skills , the ability to work cross-functionally, and a keen focus on

execution, results, and profitability .

Qualifications & Skills: •

5+ years of channel marketing, product rollout, or distribution marketing experience , preferably in

building materials, home improvement, or Client sectors . • Strong

project management skills , with experience managing

cross-functional initiatives and vendor relationships . • Experience working with

distributors, eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), and sales teams . •

Analytical mindset , with expertise in

performance tracking, reporting tools, and digital analytics . • Good

communication and presentation skills , with experience

training and enabling distributor partners . • Ability to work in a

customer-facing role , managing relationships with key channel partners. •

P&L management experience , with a proven track record of meeting

sales, revenue, and profitability targets . • Highly

organized and detail-oriented , capable of juggling multiple initiatives at once. • Proficiency in

Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other Google Workspace tools . Leave coverage req. Part time role, 20 hours per week. This role will run from 10/1/2025 to 12/31/2025.
