This position requires you
to be on-site to perform the job duties and ideally the candidate will start in
May 2026 and be available for 4-8 months.

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Intern,
you'll take on real-world challenges by supporting various maintenance
activities across the mill. You'll assist with daily tasks and work hands-on
with our site team on impactful projects. You'll help analyze data, assist with
time studies, solve equipment failures, and improve overall mill efficiency and
quality. This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience with
new technologies and equipment and build valuable skills while working closely
with leadership in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Working towards a degree or diploma inEngineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) or any industry-relateddegree/diploma.
