We have a global footprint ready to serve customers with high-level product support and deep application engineering. The company employs over 700 employees worldwide dedicated to serving our customers and markets on virtually every continent. We have locations in Texas, and Oklahoma, as well as multiple overseas operations in Europe, and Asia.Responsibilities Defines new and improves existing manufacturing processesFacilitate transition from manual to automated manufacturing processesEvaluate, design, and implement automated safety solutions for new and existing systems in accordance with all applicable standardsResponsible for creation of innovative solutions, leveraging appropriate technologies, to drive excellence in safety, quality, and productivitySupport existing technology systems to ensure correct & uninterrupted operationDesign, specify and test automated equipment and processesImplement improvements in existing automated equipmentCollaborate in identifying root cause to quality concerns and provide solutions to eliminateEducation & Experience Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experienceBachelor of Science degree in a related Engineering Discipline (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)Knowledge and SkillsAbility to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including design/production engineering, and manufacturing teamsProject management including management of outside contractors and vendorsComplex assembly system design including simulation and tooling interfacesProficiency in maintaining automation equipmentAbility to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system testsStrong analytical & problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication skillsPower of AnalysisContinually seeks to accomplish the mission and improve the organization by Displaying a no-excuse can-do attitude
