How You Will Contribute As a Senior Associate in Digital Forensics, you will lead a team of talented consultants, guiding both external clients and internal teams in leveraging forensic data technologies to uncover and manage crucial evidence in legal and regulatory scenarios. You will help resolve complex legal matters involving forensic data analysis and have the chance to work on diverse projects related to economic disputes, white-collar crime, and post-acquisition conflicts. Lead the full lifecycle of forensic data collection, including identification, recovery, analysis, and preservation. Oversee onsite data collection efforts, ensuring best practices are followed. Manage data preparation, extraction, and conversion processes to facilitate forensic analysis. Ensure meticulous documentation and observance of chain of custody protocols. Analyze artifacts to trace user activities, including browser history, file manipulation, and cryptocurrency transactions. Communicate technical findings to clients and colleagues effectively, producing clear forensic analysis reports. Build strong stakeholder relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Who Will You Be Working With? Qualifications: 3-6 years of digital forensics experience in a client-facing, professional service atmosphere. Expertise in on-site and remote forensic preservation from various data sources, including endpoints and cloud applications. Proficiency in forensic tool suites such as OpenText EnCase and Magnet Forensics Axiom. Strong analytical skills with experience preparing client-ready forensic reports. Solid understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Exceptional written and oral communication skills with an ability to convey complex technical information clearly. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy. Degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, information systems) from an accredited institution. Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time. Relevant certifications (e.g., GFCE, EnCE) are a plus. Experience with quantitative tools such as SAS, Python, or SQL preferred. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on various factors, including education, experience, and location.
