Manages recruitment process for field management level positions. Sources, recruits, and interviews internal and external candidates to fill open positions; develops and maintains relationships with recruiting sources (e.g. social media, internet sourcing, governmental agencies, job boards, newspapers, online platforms, etc.) and job fairs to identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates that help the organization meet their hiring needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sources passive and active talent through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other tools. Conducts internal and external interviews and provides follow-up and feedback to candidates where appropriate. Maintains job postings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels. Ensures compliance with company processes. Assists in the creation, development, and drafting of policies, procedures, and programs (e.g., Hiring Policy, Sourcing and Attracting Candidates, Employment Marketing Initiatives, Branding Campaigns, Referral Programs, etc.). Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. Works with field management to understand current and future workforce needs. Builds pipelines of qualified talent, schedules and conducts interviews, and makes employment offers. Continuously reviews and refines recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure efficiency without sacrificing quality. Determines recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates. Ability to work extended workdays to support business needs and travel up to 20%. Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: You are a true partner to hiring leaders, always thinking about how to elevate the team's talent with each hire and drive the business forward. You are a high achiever and are always raising the bar for yourself and those around you. You are comfortable operating within defined parameters as well as with ambiguity. You appreciate the complexity involved in delivering a stellar recruiting experience and are passionate about perfecting your craft. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS systems preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering high service levels. Excellent relationship management experience with both hiring teams and candidates. Expertise in candidate sourcing, networking, and mapping skills. High comfort level with direct sourcing and selling opportunities to employed candidates. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
