CVS Finance is embarking on a transformation journey, leading with the design and implementation of new Finance planning capabilities and enabling tools such as Anaplan. This effort will be part of an ongoing effort to enhance the Planning & Forecasting process across Finance. The Anaplan COE Governance role will be critical to establishing, maturing, and maintaining the Center of Excellence which will provide ongoing support for Anaplan and other planning tools, as well as innovations that will improve the overall Planning & Forecasting processes.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of IT Business Consulting and Anaplan implementation experience, maturing a center of excellence, building and leading teams, stakeholder management and will be required to embrace an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, relentlessly seeking best practices and technologies from within the CVS Health community and across the external environment and industry, as well as, have a wide-spread knowledge of the Finance process taxonomy including Capital Planning, Budget & Forecasting, Revenue Planning, Cost of Goods and Services and other areas across FP&A.

Managing large-scale programs or transformations
Driving change across various stakeholder groups
Build effective internal relationships
Identify process risks, issues, and mitigations throughout project lifecycle
Identify and source leading automation technologies and industry innovations
Business process automation and leading technologies
Identifying innovative Finance automation technologies and use cases in Anaplan
Prioritizing Finance transformation initiatives and investments
Develops strong relationships and ability to influence at executive level; experience leading complex, global process and people transitions.
Communicate effectively with all levels of management; ability to break down IT terminology and present clear and concise information across the enterprise.
Mentor, coach, and develop talent
Realize benefits from Finance transformation efforts
Identify and source Finance optimization and automation opportunities
This is a remote role that can be done anywhere in the US
Required Qualifications
7-10 Years of IT Business Consulting
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledgeable about the latest trends and technologies in the industry
2 years of experience using and maintaining Anaplan for financial forecast and planning
2 years of experience using finance and accounting processes and relevant systems
Experience dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve unfamiliar problems
Anaplan and SharePoint User Experience and Design
Business process automation and leading technologies
Finance value drivers across business segments
Finance and accounting processes and relevant systems
Interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience (4 years)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
