This supervisory role is responsible for leading a department of 8 team members. The position reports directly to the VP of Materials & Supply Chain. Responsibilities Manage planning processes and supplier delivery performance Analyze sales forecasts to identify variability Identify and implement efficiency improvements within the supply chain Mentor and train team members in materials management skills Develop inventory investment projections Monitor fill rate performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business required; MBA preferred Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience At least 3 years of management experience Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus Interested in this opportunity?
