Duties include:Test evaluation, set-up and performance in accordance with procedures, MIL-STD's and industry specificationsEquipment preventative maintenance and calibrationTest data reportingEquipment troubleshooting and repairRequirements:Education: High School Diploma (Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).Candidates must be able to work independently and interface with individuals at multiple levels in the organization. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving and communication skills are required. Candidates must be able to interpret and execute test requirements provided in written specifications. Knowledge of explosive materials and/or ordnance devices is beneficial.Experience working in an aerospace industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in a test lab environment conducting thermal and functional testing.Experience with equipment such as accelerometers, charge amplifiers, thermocouples, transducers, and oscilloscope is preferred.Strong technical aptitude and Microsoft excel proficiencyExperience with Thermotron Programming is preferred.Compensation: Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
