Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing operations and possess a comprehensive skill set to manage a variety of marketing tactics. This role requires expertise in marketing technology, reporting and analytics, email campaign strategy, database management, and the ability to enhance operational efficiency. What You'll Do Utilize HubSpot for end-to-end execution and reporting of marketing campaigns (email, events, webinars, social and website performance). Strategize and execute email campaigns, managing processes, lists, and optimizing performance. Develop and own strategies for marketing database integrity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy policies. Manage campaign operations, including architecture, lead records, target lists, and segmentation. Oversee performance measurement, analytics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and conversion funnel. Lead assessment and enhancement of marketing tools (HubSpot, Zoom webinar, video, etc.). Develop and own the operational strategy for attribution, tracking, and reporting alignment with sales operations. Implement marketing workflows and automation within HubSpot for streamlined processes. Build, maintain, and enhance marketing reports for activities within and outside the CRM. Recommend additional marketing tools, technologies and platforms for efficiency and future growth. Manage the integration of CRMs, marketing automation, and technology stacks for acquired companies. Who You Are 5+ years experience in an individual contributor, marketing operations role Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing operations, lead generation, database management, email campaigns and digital marketing Strong technical/analytical orientation, in-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing / sales platforms Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Can work autonomously with little guidance Knowledge of data privacy and management policies Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Benefits Remote work-from-home environment Competitive salary, health, dental and vision insurance plans Flexible time off 401K retirement savings plans for US-based employees, with 3% employer match Incentive Equity Plan Professional development opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth
