As a Service Coordinator, you'll drive revenue for our Service departments by scheduling service appointments through inbound customer calls and text messages. You'll also contribute to the safety of the community by alerting them when they are due for maintenance or have open safety recalls through outbound calls.
You'll thrive in this role if you possess outstanding communication skills, have a cheerful and enthusiastic disposition, and the ability to retain knowledge to handle every kind of call that comes in. Creative thinking to come up with new lists to call or wording to try will be a huge bonus when it comes to hitting appointment goals. Additionally, having a strong motivational drive to achieve personal and departmental goals for the team will help you excel in this position.

Essential Duties
Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of scheduling a service appointment
Make outbound call and text efforts to reach our customers to help them schedule their next appointment
Master our scheduling software to create quality appointments
Master and follow all training materials and processes.
Keep current with service specials and recall notices from the manufacturer
Develop a solid understanding of product information related to all brands, vehicles, and maintenance/repair services associated with our service departments
Requirements
120 calls per day
Must maintain good attendance record
Must be able to work at least 1 Saturday a month
Strong work ethic
Team player
Be able to work 830-5 M-F, with one Saturday a month 8-430 (you get a day off during the week when you work a Saturday)
Education/Experience/Skills Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer service experience a plus
Computer Skills - must be comfortable using multiple programs simultaneously
Phone Skills - must be comfortable answering and making calls
Working Conditions
Normal office work environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Desk with two monitors
Phone with headset
