Under limited supervision, manage and develop a portfolio of commercial relationships, ensuring retention of total client assets and net growth, while complying with risk management, credit policies, business strategies, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with internal partners to develop new business and prospects through COIs and proactive measures. Play a vital role in growing the commercial banking portfolio and market share by profiling clients and working with internal teams to cross-sell products such as deposits, loans, fee income, and referring customers to appropriate cross-sell partners like Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking, Wealth Management, and others. Job Accountabilities Grow loans and deposits through client portfolio management, centers of influence, and proactive outreach, including calling activities. Collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell bank products and services to existing clients and prospects. Ensure portfolio administration and risk management comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Provide financial advice to clients regarding business trends and banking options. Develop relationships by analyzing financial data and recommending loan structures. Participate in loan presentations and approval processes, recommending credit structures. Identify client needs and refer them to suitable partners within the bank. Engage in community and business functions to promote the bank's image and establish referral contacts. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience. Experience : 6-9 years in commercial banking or B2B sales with strong business development skills; knowledge of non-borrowing products; proven sales and client management success. Licenses and Certifications: Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive lawfully, if applicable, by the start date.
