Duties: Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims, focusing on property damage. Manage all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required. Provide expert legal counsel and devise effective case strategies. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal proceedings. Requirements: Must be licensed to practice law in Missouri. At least 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in first-party insurance claims. Proven track record in handling property damage claims. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Must be able to pass a background check. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the Missouri Bar. Skills: Excellent legal research and writing abilities. Strong litigation and trial preparation experience. Ability to handle complex legal issues and offer strategic solutions. Highly motivated and driven with a client-focused approach. Superior organizational and time-management skills.
