What You'll Be Doing:
Manage client relationships from onboarding through renewal to ensure long-term satisfaction Promote product adoption and usage to support client success Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities Collaborate with technical teams to address customer needs and customize solutions Track all client activity in internal CRM and service systems Partner with sales leadership to support client retention and growth Represent the company in virtual or occasional onsite client meetings What You'll Need to Be Considered:
Experience with SaaS or enterprise software platforms Familiarity with public safety, utilities, or government agency clients Proven success in a commission-based or quota-carrying role A stable internet connection and professional remote work setup if working offsite
