Assistant General Manager

reports to the General Manager and assists with all operational aspects of the property to ensure customer satisfaction, financial stability, and proper property maintenance. Responsibilities include: Assisting with property operations and leasing activities Handling rent collections, delinquencies, and financial reporting Managing resident relations and social activities Overseeing move-ins and move-outs, and maintaining property records Performing general maintenance and administrative tasks Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Relevant certifications such as Accredited Residential Manager or Certified Apartment Manager preferred Valid drivers license and insurance Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata knowledge is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Additional details: Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Join our team and help us continue our legacy of excellence in student housing.
