Here are some of the perks and rewards.Work from home or in a local service centerCompetitive compensation- Range $140-$160,000 baseBonus structure.No cost medical plan option availablePaid training programs and tuition reimbursement.Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territoriesSafety-focused cultureWhat you'll do:Managing a remote sales team including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performanceSet individual revenue targets (quotas) and drive their attainment throughout the Area while ensuring profitable sales.Maintain market awareness; stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market.Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance.Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process.Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with the VP of Sales and Marketing.Effectively utilize authority for sales personnel decisions (staffing levels, hiring, termination, promotion, salary administration, etc.) in consultation with Sector Leader and the VP of Sales and Marketing.Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action.Execute specific plans developed in conjunction VP of Sales and Marketing) to drive market/customer penetration (i.e., "grows the business".You'll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesWe're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:7- 10 years of direct business to business sales management experienceAdvanced Knowledge of targeted territoryAdvanced Knowledge of Building Services and Construction industryProficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business (Ops, Fleet, Logistics)Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
