We're recruiting for a respected law firm in West Palm Beach that's looking to add a skilled Litigation Paralegal to their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-stakes legal environments and knows how to keep litigation moving forward with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case management and trial prep Draft, edit, and electronically file legal documents in compliance with court rules Organize and analyze case data using eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Trial Director) Prepare exhibits and case materials for depositions, mediations, and arbitration Track deadlines and proactively ensure required actions are completed Review, format, and proofread documents for accuracy and legal compliance Maintain excellent communication with internal legal teams and court personnel What You'll Bring: At least 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm or similar legal setting Strong working knowledge of Relativity, Trial Director, and Microsoft Office Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills Clear, professional communicationwritten and verbal High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certificate a plus
