As a Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute sales strategies that grow our local business and provide tailored solutions for clients. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, staying informed on industry trends, and promoting brand awareness through attending conferences, trade shows, and events. You will work closely with Operations, National Sales, and other departments to manage the regional sales process from prospecting to closing, aiming to expand our customer base and increase revenue through both short and long-term sales cycles. Your ability to foster relationships internally and externally will be crucial for generating new business opportunities. Qualifications
Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales targets, preferably with solution-based sales experience Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, from reception to C-Suite Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license required Ideal Candidate Traits
