SUMMARY OF POSITION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for assisting with the setup and maintenance of the Sidney J Lee Auditorium and events that take place within the auditorium. Will work directly under the BSC Theatre Technical Director.
Position Description & Details
DUTIES:
Assists with aspects of Theatrical production. This can be, but not limited to, assistance with painting, construction, and prop-making. Guidance will be provided by the BSC Theatre Technical Director. Assist with running events that happen within the Sidney J Lee auditorium. This may include nights and evenings. Assist with promotional activities as relates to events in the Sidney J Lee Auditorium. Supports innovation, creativity, and ideas to improve/enhance processes, functions, etc. in the department and as a whole for the college. Performs other duties as required or assigned. Minimum Requirements
Willingness to learn new skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects. Ability to work independently and handle interruptions. Ability to lift to 25 pounds (essential function). Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the performing or recorded arts. Experience in a college environment. Additional Information
