Mammography Technologist Seattle, Washington Position Summary The Mammography Technologist is responsible for providing high-quality mammography images in both screening and diagnostic settings. This role requires strong patient care skills, attention to detail, and adherence to protocols outlined by breast radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and a positive patient experience. Responsibilities: Performs screening and diagnostic mammography exams according to established protocols. Provides compassionate patient care, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the procedure. Maintains accuracy, image quality, and attention to detail at all times. Collaborates with breast radiologists and healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes. Accurately documents exams and maintains patient records. Operates imaging equipment and follows all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: Associate's Degree required. ARRT certification. Active Washington State license. Prior experience in mammography strongly preferred. Professionalism, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of Epic and PACS are highly valued.
