Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor job progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions. Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to track milestones and resolve issues. Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Support the development and mentorship of project engineers and field staff. Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects in municipal, education, higher education, mixed-use, and light industrial sectors. 3-4 years as a PM or SPM. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent budget and schedule management abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety compliance. Effective communicator with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Skilled in problem-solving and risk mitigation. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
