Are you a battle-tested litigator with a passion for justice and a track record of winning results? This is your opportunity to step into a courtroom-ready role at a respected personal injury firm committed to fighting for the injured and holding wrongdoers accountable.
Our client is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to lead high-value personal injury cases from intake through verdict. Youll manage every phase of litigationincluding discovery, mediation, and jury trialwith the full support of an experienced legal team. Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury -
What Youll Do
Lead complex personal injury cases from start to finish in North Carolina District and Superior Courts Investigate claims, develop strategy, and draft motions and briefs Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and work closely with expert witnesses Prepare and try cases to verdict, including courtroom presentation and cross-examination Provide clear, supportive legal counsel to clients throughout litigation Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to continuous process improvements within the team
Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury - Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar 5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in North Carolina South Carolina Bar admission preferred Proven ability to handle complex litigation independently In-depth knowledge of civil procedure, litigation strategy, and courtroom protocols Strong advocacy skillsfearless presence in court, calm under pressure Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation abilities
