Job Summary: Moloco is a machine learning company focused on empowering organizations to maximize their first-party data for performance advertising. They are seeking a seasoned Group Product Manager to lead initiatives in supply exchange and inventory integrations, as well as invalid traffic and fraud mitigation, ensuring the integrity of their supply and enhancing advertiser ROI. Responsibilities: Drive Molocos OpenRTB integrations with third-party supply partners and exchanges, expanding our access to high-quality, scalable inventory across gaming and non-gaming verticals Own the strategy and roadmap for detecting and preventing invalid traffic (IVT), ensuring the integrity of Molocos supply, and protecting advertiser ROI Expand our supply footprint in the adtech ecosystem across gaming categories and beyond Supporting a team of 100+ engineers across US and Korea Define/refine product roadmap, product requirements, and customer value propositions Build and launch critical features and functionalities that deliver high-performance and delightful user experiences to customers and their stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive rapid and high-quality product development and impactful business outcomes Synthesize large amounts of internal and external data from multiple sources to derive product insights, informing product strategy and operations Stay on top of User Privacy trends in the adtech industry, including competitors, and surface new product offerings and positioning ideas Troubleshoot day-to-day internal/external operational roadblocks Define partnership integration requirements, ensuring that partner solutions enhance the value proposition of our products and meet customer needs Qualifications: Required: 7+ years of experience in product management related to programmatic adtech Programmatic adtech ecosystem expertise: In-depth understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, with a specific focus on the supply side. Deep understanding of the programmatic supply ecosystem, including how ad exchanges operate, OpenRTB standards, and how SSPs connect to DSPs Prior experience owning integrations with external exchanges, SSPs, or SDK-based inventory Familiarity with Invalid Traffic (IVT) detection methodologies and fraud prevention strategies in programmatic buying Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical or analytical field Deep understanding of publisher business models and monetization needs, including their concerns around ad fraud and the tools commonly used for mitigation Strong market analysis skills to identify competitive advantages, emerging technologies, and supply-side trendsparticularly around evolving fraud tactics (e.g., SIVT, domain spoofing, ad stacking, click farms) and anti-fraud solutions In-depth knowledge of Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs): their core functionality, technical architecture, and competitive landscape Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive meaningful business growth Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, aligning stakeholders and partnering with global teams across GTM and roadmap cycles. Expertise in Header Bidding and Server-to-Server (S2S) Bidding, with a strong understanding of implementation tradeoffs, yield optimization, and latency management Familiarity with publisher-side ad servers: key integration points, targeting logic, and impression delivery mechanics Hands-on experience with integrations and partner-facing APIs, including defining requirements for interoperability with DSPs, exchanges, ad networks, DMPs, and other adtech partners Deep knowledge of supply-side performance metrics such as fill rate, eCPM, latency, bid density, impression opportunities, and unique usersand how to optimize for them Technical understanding of ad serving mechanics: from ad request to creative rendering Company: Moloco offers programmatic advertising solutions to help optimize the client's acquisition, retention, and monetization campaigns.
