General Manager (Headquarters W/C-Suite Staff On-Site)
What You'll Need: Strongly prefer candidates who come from a headquarters facility with heavy engagement with C-suite staff. Banking industry background a plus. Property management background helpful. Prefer someone with total responsibility for 1 million square feet of space or more. White-glove service mindset. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 15 years of related experience delivering Class A Pristine Service to at Global Headquarters or equivalent building. Prefer candidates who have worked in or run a headquarters in the banking sector with c-suite employees. Prefer someone with Property Management in their work history. Experience supporting financial institutions / banks trading and critical systems environments a plus. Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the General Manager position is $27,500 annually [or $132.21 per hour] and the maximum salary for the General Manager position is $315,000 annually [or $151.44 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
