Come grow with us by becoming our newest member services associate at our Northwest branch in Bismarck!As a member services associate, you'll be the first person our members see - and the one they count on to make their financial lives a little easier. Whether it's processing transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, or answering questions and updating accounts, you'll provide friendly, reliable service every step of the way. More than that, you'll help members feel confident about their finances by sharing knowledge, offering support, and connecting them with the right tools to achieve their goals.Here's what you can expect:Receive and processing members' financial transactionsBalancing cash drawer and daily check activitiesEffectively communicating with coworkers and membersSupportive, positive environmentHere's what we expect:20-25 hours a week (typically 11:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.), including one weekend a month (Saturday 8:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m. and Sunday 11:45 a.m.-2:15 p.m.)Cash handling and sales experience preferred, but not requiredPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsPassion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit UnionIf you're interested in sharing your talents in an environment where you will grow personally and professionally, we want to hear from you.
