Job Description

The Project Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR. The Project Manager is further designated as Key by the Government. The Project Manager must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction. Resume must show thorough experience in performing the following: Managing clients Building a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives Managing day-to-day client interaction Setting and managing client expectations Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Achieving operational objectives and contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews Implementing productivity and quality standards Providing technical direction and guidance to contractor staff to ensure Contract requirements and expectations are clear, success criteria are defined, progress toward results are monitored, and that all activities are performed in compliance with the terms of the Contract Identifying risks and appropriate mitigation strategies Meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions Managing a multi-tiered project and/or multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Education, Management Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources Development/ Management, or other related discipline or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.
