Program Manager Injection Molding
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Manager Injection Molding located in Buffalo Grove, IL. Reporting to the Program Management Lead, the Program Manager - Injection Molding is in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. Responsibilities: Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. In charge of customers satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. Maintain current and develop additional business with customers. Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met. Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers. Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. 5 -7 years of program management experience in Medical Manufacturing and thermoplastic injection molding. Experience with operational financial management (P&L, budgets, forecasting, etc). Extensive customer relationship management skills, ability to work with and present to external customers and internal stakeholders. Knowledge with Tooling Maintenance, Refurbishment, evaluation, validation and repairs. Experience with tracking and reporting Operational KPIs and Metrics to technical and non-technical audiences.
