About the Role: As an Enterprise Sales Executive, youll own the enterprise sales cycle from first contact to final handshake. Youll be hunting new business, securing high-value partnerships, and driving growth in one of the most competitive industries on the planetCloud Networking and/or Fiber Networking. We want someone who thrives under pressure, lives for the challenge, and isnt afraid to go toe-to-toe with Fortune 500 stakeholders. This role is designed for a high-performing competitor who wants to be measured by results and rewarded for dominance. Responsibilities: Hunt & Close Prospect, pitch, and secure enterprise-level telecom contracts with C-suite decision-makers Own the Game Manage a full sales cycle with complete autonomy and zero red tape Set the Pace Smash targets, lead by example, and set the benchmark for high-performance selling Build Strategic Partnerships Deliver tailored telecom solutions that solve complex business needs Win Together Collaborate with sales engineers, product managers, and executive leadership to maximize deal success What You Bring: 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in Cloud Networking, Telecom, WAN, SaaS and IaaS, UCaas, and Network Security offerings A track record of crushing quotas and closing multi-million-dollar deals Strong executive presence with a strategic mind Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Self-motivation that borders on obsessionyou dont wait for opportunities, you create them Why Youll Love It Here: Uncapped earnings High base, industry-best commission structure Speed & agility No corporate bloat.
