The Compensation Analyst will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies that align with Bausch Health’s pay philosophy.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit compensation surveys
Create and review salary ranges
Perform job evaluations including matching new roles to surveys and providing level recommendations
During annual global compensation planning, provide overall project support to the Compensation Team and Human Resource Business Partners
May assess and analyze local competitive market data trends and how it applies to Bausch Health
Administer equity programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 2 years of compensation experience
Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills are required
Detail and action oriented. Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
Equity Administration experience is preferred
Experience with Success Factors is a plus but not required
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in the Bridgewater, NJ office and 2 days remote
The range of starting base pay for this role is 68K – 92K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
