70-00111 Who We Are:

The HR Employment Ops Group is responsible for all outreach and recruitment activities for our organization. We support ten technical divisions and all admin support groups with developing and promoting job openings, passive and active recruitment activities, and orientation onboarding activities. Objectives of this Role:

Serve as an internal human resources partner to develop and recommend staffing strategies, proactively identify candidates, and assemble a diverse pipeline of talent for SwRI's open positions. Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, travel to universities for recruitment purposes, and collaborate with hiring managers to become knowledgeable about their technical field and needs. Provide general human resources expertise to staff and management. Work as part of a team and provide backup when other recruiters are out of the office. Excellent verbal and written skills required. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

Source passive and active candidates using national job boards, professional sites such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media sites. Conduct full cycle recruitment activities to include hiring recommendations, processing offers, and handling negotiations. Travel to college campuses across the US attending career fairs, conducting interviews, and marketing candidates to the technical divisions. Interface with hiring managers, HR staff, and HR liaisons to understand SwRI's job requirements and culture. Meet with hiring managers to gain a better understanding of divisional needs. Act independently, make sound judgments, communicate effectively (written and verbally), and operate as part of a team. Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related degree field. 1 year of full cycle recruitment and sourcing experience; conducting interviews; developing recruitment plans. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Knowledge of federal regulations associated with the OFCCP preferred. A valid/clear driver's license is required. Job Locations:
