The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. Responsibilities include financial reconciliation, guest services, system maintenance, and security. Key Responsibilities
Financial Reconciliation: Balance daily revenue and expenses Reconcile guest accounts and credit card charges Prepare and analyze daily reports Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Guest Services: Check in and check out guests Assist guests with inquiries and requests Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally Provide excellent customer service System Maintenance: Update and maintain hotel systems and software Troubleshoot system issues and errors Back up and secure important data Security: Monitor security cameras and alarms Conduct regular property inspections Respond to security incidents as needed Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, preferably as a front desk agent or night auditor Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work nights and weekends Perks & Benefits
