PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Mixed patient population • Patient Volume/Census: Over 112,000 images read in 2024 • Case Mix: CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-Ray, PET
FACILITY INFORMATION • Facility Type: Private Practice Coverage • Coverage Area:
- One acute care hospital
- One critical access hospital
- One imaging center
- Several outpatient clinics • Equipment Available: Full range of diagnostic imaging modalities (CT, MRI, US, Mammo, X-Ray, PET) • Specialty Backup: Yes • Support Staff Available: Imaging technicians and administrative support
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes • Credentialing Timeline: TBD

REQUIRED PROCEDURES • Diagnostic interpretation of imaging studies (CT, MRI, US, Mammo, X-Ray, PET)
JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) • Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiology • Experience: Experience reading a high volume of diverse imaging preferred • Other Qualifications:
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with referring providers and support staff
- Strong communication and time management abilities
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Interpret diagnostic imaging studies and generate reports in a timely manner • Collaborate with providers across hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives • Contribute to the continuity and quality of imaging services throughout Baxter Health's network
