Were partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed Voice AI startup disrupting how brands handle sales and support through AI-driven voice automation. Theyve raised $4.7M seed funding, hit $14M ARR with just 12 people, and are recognized as a leader in the space. This is a high-impact engineering role where youll build and scale the backend systems powering millions of AI voice calls globally. Youll work closely with the founding team on real-time audio, telephony, and developer tools. Youll also engage directly with customers to shape product direction. What Youll Do Architect scalable backend and DevOps systems to handle millions of calls. Develop prompt orchestration, testing frameworks, observability tools, and telephony integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams. Support customer onboarding and troubleshoot issues. Ideal Candidate 2+ years backend experience, CS/CE/EE degree preferred. Ownership mentality, founder-like mindset. Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments. Strong communicator and collaborator. Startup experience and cloud/DevOps knowledge are a plus.
